Getting to the Sim Lim Square counter
The counter sits on the second floor of Sim Lim Square, a short walk from the Rochor Canal Road side of the building. Take the escalator or lift to level two and follow the row of service units until you reach unit #02-86. The shop window is marked with the brand name and the counter fascia, so it is easy to spot from the walkway.
If you are bringing a device for an intake slip, allow ten to fifteen minutes at the window. The clerk will check the machine, note the fault and give you a stub with an estimated window. For a handover sitting, come at the time written on your pickup note so the technician who finished the job is free to walk you through it.
Deliveries and courier drop-offs are accepted during business hours only. Please call +15597951315 before sending anything by courier so the counter can prepare a slip in advance.
Counter questions
Three things people ask first
No appointment is needed for an intake slip. Walk in during business hours and the clerk will write the slip and give you a stub. Appointments matter for diagnostic windows and handover sittings, and those are booked by message or by phone once the job is on file.
Most diagnostic windows close within a few working days, and straightforward repairs follow quickly after. Jobs waiting on a part take longer, and the counter tells you the expected wait on the ticket rather than leaving you to guess. Data migration rounds add their own time because each round is reviewed before the next begins.
The ticket is updated and the counter contacts you before any extra cost is committed. You can approve the extra work, change the plan or stop the job and collect the device. Nothing is added to a repair without your agreement in writing on the same ticket.
